Shridhar Luthria

Business Head, Reseller Club

Shridhar is ResellerClub's business head and leads all business activities and initiatives. He has been steering the team since inception and has overseen it’s growth from a start-up to the world's most popular platform for domain names. A strong believer in leading from the front, Shridhar's hands-on-approach has given him a keen insight into the Web Services industry. An entrepreneur at heart, Shridhar is passionate about marketing strategy & mass media.

DUSHYANTH HARINATH

VP, Technology, Endurance International Group

Dushyanth joined DirectI in 2002 as a Systems administrator and went on to build and manage the techops teams to run all of DirectI's web-presence and internet advertising products. Prior to that, Dushyanth spent 3 yrs writing code in C and Java. In his current role, Dushyanth heads the technology teams at Endurance (APAC) and builds and runs all our web presence products across various geographies.

SANDEEP RAMCHANDANI

Business Head, LogicBoxes

Having held roles spanning strategy, policy and product management, Sandeep has over a decade of experience in the domain name industry. A founding member of LogicBoxes, Sandeep has consulted and helped develop over 100 ICANN Registrars companies including the current market leaders in Turkey, India, Mexico and Indonesia. He has also plays an active role of a trusted advisor to the Endurance International Group, DreamHost, Arvixe and CI Host on matters related to their domain registration product.

SHASHANK MEHROTRA

Managing Director, APAC, Endurance International Group

With an MBA from INSEAD, an MS degree in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech, Shashank has over 10 years of experience in managing projects and launching products within the high-tech sector. Prior to taking up the mantle at Endurance, Shashank was the driving force behind the day-to-day business at BigRock, running everything from growing brands & revenues for what is one of India's leading online brands, as well as launching award-winning TV films and scaling large operational teams.

LAVITA NATHANI

Director - Human Resources, Endurance International Group

Lavita leads Human Resources for Endurance India and is responsible for all aspects of people strategy including attracting, recruiting, developing and retaining the best talent for the India team. She believes that work culture and leadership has a multiplier effect on organization performance and is passionate about out of the box HR interventions. Prior to joining Endurance, Lavita led the Center of Excellence for Employee Engagement at Mahindra Group. Her earlier experience spans human capital consulting at Mercer, managing global OD interventions and strategic HR at GlobalLogic and Patni. Lavita holds a bachelors in commerce from Delhi University and a masters in business administration from SCMHRD, Pune.

Hari Ravichandran

Founder & CEO

As founder and CEO of Endurance International Group, Hari Ravichandran’s goal is to (em)Power small business to owners harness the promise and the power of the web to increase their revenues and outperform the competition. Hari has a deep-rooted passion for small business because he was once a small business owner himself, and, over the past 19 years, he has built Endurance into a trusted partner for the small business market. Hari oversees all aspects of the business, but focuses most of his time on strategy and growth initiatives within Endurance, leading the development products and technology that power customers' online web presence, email marketing, mobile business solutions, and more.

Ron Lasalvia

President and COO

Ron LaSalvia leads the operational and financial performance of the entire portfolio of Endurance International Group brands. His journey to his current position took a slightly different path than the rest of the management team – by way of a nuclear powered submarine. After attending M.I.T., Ron joined the Navy, rising through the ranks to command two fast attack submarines. After leaving the military, Ron’s passion for small business led him to establish his own consultancy, where his first client was a high-tech start-up. Recognizing his desire to one day run his own tech company, he returned to school, earning his M.B.A. from Wharton. Now leading a global workforce of over 3,800, Ron still loves the spirit of small business owners and believes they are the backbone of a successful economy.

Kathy Andreasen

Chief Administrative Officer

Kathy Andreasen uses her untiring energy to lead Human Resources and Administration at Endurance International Group. Her journey to Endurance began, fittingly, on a boat where she worked for an international sailing association straight out of college. Her career in Human Resources and her passion for small businesses began a few years later at a venture capital firm in San Francisco where she worked while also completing her MBA at the University of New Mexico. From there, she took leadership roles in HR in such fast-growing and dynamic companies as Xoom.com/NBCi, Move.com, Cendant, Orbitz, Bill Me Later (purchased by eBay/PayPal) and Orchard Brands.

Marc Montagner

Chief Financial Officer

With an extensive background in technology, finance, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions, Marc Montagner brings years of executive leadership experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer of Endurance International Group. As Endurance’s financial leader, Marc navigates financial operations, advises on strategic growth, and delivers value to Endurance shareholders. Marc joins the Endurance team following a successful career at LightSquared, Inc., a wireless broadband and satellite company, where he was CFO since 2012. As CFO, Marc was responsible for the financial operations of the company, and he played a key role in strategic planning.

David Bryson

Chief Legal Officer

As Endurance International Group's Chief Legal Officer, David Bryson has seen more than a decade of change, growth, acquisitions, equity and debt financings. His journey to Endurance began at BankBoston where he amassed over 20 years in the legal department, helping to make the bank a better partner with its employees, customers, communities and stakeholders. The great experience David gained there -- handling acquisitions, managing risk, leading teams, finding a way to resolve complex legal challenges by providing the right advice at the right time -- proved beneficial after joining Endurance.
