Senior Marketing Specialist

Endurance is looking for creative and passionate marketing professionals to play a strategic role in its India Marketing team.

Your Responsibilities include:

Brand campaigns and Promotions

  • Define overall brand strategy and identify high impact marketing channels to drive brand awareness and consideration
  • Build comprehensive, detailed briefs on campaign objectives and requirements for Agency partners and Media
  • Management of external partners which include production agencies, marketing agencies, content platforms, ad platforms and others
  • Create, analyze and share detailed campaign reports post activity
  • Engage with content creators (OTT platforms) for Video/Content creation and be the Brand custodian
  • Lead influencer marketing function across channels
  • Contribute to creative planning process to roll out innovative marketing campaigns
  • Plan & Implement Marketing campaigns to improve product sales & revenue
  • Managing Email/SMS Marketing as a part of Marketing mix
  • Manage end-to-end execution of Monthly/Quarterly Sale & Promos
  • Collect and analyze data from multiple analytics platforms to ensure that stated goals are met. Key metrics - CTR, CR, Bounce, AOV, CPA, LTVC etc.
  • Promos responsibility includes, identifying customer touchpoints, conceptualizing themes, providing design & development guidance, Emailers/SMS, creating promo analysis and ROI reports

 Stakeholder Management

  • Be the Marketing face for Inside Sales and Support team

Channel Marketing & Partnerships

  • Identify and build partnerships with Domain name Registries and Platforms which can be value add for Retail brands (BigRock/HostGator/BlueHost)
  • Build partnership proposals and work with Partnerships teams in execution.
  • Execute all activities related to partner proposals across channels and monitor performance, share updates

Key Skills

  • You have a graduate degree or higher
  • You have a minimum of 3-4 years of marketing experience
  • You have an innate talent for marketing and have an open mind to learning
  • You have a keen interest in Brand Marketing with complete understanding of digital marketing ecosystem
  • Have a strong understanding of the digital landscape and are aware of the top players and channels in the digital space
  • You have a strong orientation toward technology and the internet
  • You are a go-getter and a driven individual that can achieve results
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can work at cross-functional levels within the organization
  • You possess strong people management skills and can effectively communicate ideas and work across various functional teams
